Return and Exchange Period
You have 7 days after you received your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible, your item(s) must be:

In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
By using our "Self Return and Exchange" system to initiate your return or exchange request.We will respond within 3-5 business days. After your request has been reviewed, shipping may be required; a shipping fee may apply, and you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and a return label. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item(s) are received.
Please note: Item(s) returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Item(s)

Custom products (e.g., personalized orders) and personal care goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final sale, discounted item(s), or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are quality issues.
- Item(s) purchased using a coupon code are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are quality issues.
Exchange
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days after receiving your item(s). Exchanges are limited to the same product but may be in a different color or size if available. For any question, please contact us at info@sportivelives.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive your return request, we will notify you of the decision within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item(s) is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item(s), contact us immediately at info@sportivelives.com. We will resolve the issue for you right away.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to easily start your Return/Exchange request:
Step 1: Access the Return and Exchange Page
- Go to the "Sign In" page, choose the order that you wish to return or exchange, and click on Request Return.
Step 2: Enter Your Information
- On the return and exchange page, make sure your contact information and order number are correct, then click on "Find your order."
Step 3: Submit the Application
- Click the Create button to initiate your return or exchange request.

- Select Item(s): Choose the item(s) you wish to return from your order history.

Provide Reason and Upload Images: Specify the reason for your return and upload revelant images to help us identify if your item(s) are eligible to be returned.

- Select Item(s) for Exchange: Choose the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Provide Reason and Upload Images: Specify the reason for your exchange and upload revelant images to help us identify if your item(s) are eligible to be exchanged.

Step 5: Shipping Method
- We will email you a pre-paid return label after we review your return or exchange request. In some cases, handling and transportation fees may apply.
